What You’ll Do
Partner with executives to develop and deliver the marketing plan
Manage and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials
Create and oversee marketing collateral, templates, merchandise, and graphic assets
Handle social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) and email marketing platforms
Maintain CRM data, segmentation, and support campaign coordination
Develop content, including copywriting, proofreading, and monthly newsletters
Drive lead generation initiatives (PPC, SEO) and track performance
Coordinate with external suppliers for marketing support
Manage client NPS program and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency
Insurance/risk knowledge and video editing skills are a plus
Key Criteria
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in Corporate Marketing and exposure in Australian Market
Strong generalist marketing knowledge with experience building end-to-end strategies.
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Familiar with SendGrid (EDM) and CRM systems, including data segmentation.
Solid copywriting skills and an understanding of how to leverage AI in marketing.
Familiarity with Insurance/Risk and video editing skills is a plus
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build business relationships and effectively "manage up" to leadership.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong multitasking and time management skills.
Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and seek feedback on priorities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Work Set Up:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): The standard working hours are 7 AM – 4 PM PHT (aligned with 10 AM – 7 PM Australian time). The role requires being on-site during the probation period, with a flexible hybrid arrangement available thereafter based on performance evaluation.
