We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager who can elevate Truelogic’s brand, drive qualified demand, and support aggressive revenue and growth goals. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, collaboration, and operational excellence.
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the in-house marketing team, manage integrated multi-channel campaigns, and drive high-impact go-to-market strategies in partnership with Creative, Content, Sales, Business Development, and Growth teams.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Campaign Leadership
Own and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with Truelogic’s commercial priorities.
Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across SEO, content, paid media, email, social media, and events/webinars.
Build and manage campaign and content calendars to ensure smooth rollouts and on-time delivery.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage, mentor, and develop the in-house marketing team, ensuring high-quality, timely output.
Partner with Creative, Content, Sales, Business Development, and Growth teams for unified messaging and brand alignment.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
Define and track key financial and funnel KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CLV, conversion and retention metrics).
Set up performance tracking through UTMs, goals, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Analyze results to generate actionable insights that improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
Support budget planning and optimize media and resource allocation based on performance.
Quality, Tools & Innovation
Ensure all marketing outputs are strategic, on-brand, accurate, and require minimal revisions.
Identify new trends, platforms, and tools—including AI and automation—to improve performance and efficiency.
Recommend adoption of new technologies when aligned with strategic goals.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Lead weekly and monthly reporting to the Management Committee and CEO.
Highlight wins, risks, performance gaps, and recommended next steps.
Maintain strong communication and alignment with stakeholders across departments.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels (SEO, social media, content, email, paid media, analytics).
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker/Data Studio, HubSpot, or similar.
Experience managing direct reports, with strong coaching, leadership, and operational discipline.
Skilled in campaign planning, funnel management, budget allocation, and reporting.
Familiarity with creative workflows (copy, design, video) and the ability to give clear, strategic feedback.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple deadlines and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with performance targets.
Experience in B2B, agency environments, marketing automation, or demand-generation is a strong advantage.
Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup in Makati.
