Marketing Communications Associate

The Support Associate – Marketing Communications is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, campaign requirements, content updates, and performance reports across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and direct-to-customer channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements and marketing materials.
• Support project management activities by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Maintain and update content across digital platforms, including websites, and social media channels.
• Monitor campaign activities and prepare basic performance reports and insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of marketing content and communications.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing presentations, reports, and communication materials for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address requests and support business objectives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, campaign support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, projects, or communication initiatives is preferred.
• Exposure to campaign execution, coordination, or project support activities is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or sales support functions is a plus but not required.
