Marketing Associate

This position is responsible for assisting in the various marketing support requirements of Global Markets and its Sales Teams to help achieve their business objectives and meet their customers’ needs.

Accountabilities

• Assist in preparing marketing support requirements of Global Markets Sales Teams such as conducting research, development of marketing materials, etc. which requires coordinating with internal groups and external service providers to help meet business objectives and the customers’ needs.
• Assist in monitoring the progress and outcome of assigned marketing projects, report on the results and provide inputs in helping build sustainable competitive advantage and deliver measurable benefit to the business.
• Provide support in monitoring the projects’ budget and work closely with internal groups and external service providers to ensure that the project is within the approved budget.
• Assist in addressing inquiries, requests and concerns relating to the marketing projects to ensure effective and efficient marketing plan implementation.
• Provide support in managing the marketing budget, including payment of marketing services and goods rendered by external suppliers and agencies, and ensuring that all quotations and proposals from external suppliers and vendors are within the approved budget.
  
  

• College graduate preferably with a degree in business or marketing-related courses
• Experience in a similar function is an advantage
• Open to fresh graduates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• With exposure in virtual communication platforms (messaging, voice, video) and marketing platforms: email, social media, websites, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
