The role is primarily responsible for promoting and onboarding clients to the Bank’s Digital Channels (mainly VYBE and BPI branded features) via interaction with clients in branches, payroll releases, caravans, and other events. One of Onboarding Associates key role is outsource caravans or events to help increase VYBEs enrollment and usage.
Responsibilities
BPI VYBE App Enrollment
Achieves personal enrollment targets on VYBE when assigned in branches, caravans, and customer events that are initiated by the Digital Channels Group or his/her own caravan
Coordinates with Retail Banking partners and Agency Banking partners to find better ways to increase VYBE enrollment to handled areas
Educates clients on features and benefits of BPI VYBE
Caravans or Events
Participates in caravans or events where he/she can promote BPI VYBE. It may be from a school, corporate entities, government agencies and other prospects
Looks for ways on how to acquire caravans or events within their area of assignment
Support Branch Partnership
Cascades new digital channels features and capabilities of BPPI VYBE and BPI Branded Feature by conducting rollouts to their respective managed areas and actively encourages branches to enroll clients in BPI VYBE
Other Admin Functions
Ensures accurate and timely preparation of BPI Vybe enrollment reports, and reimbursement
Ensures that the reports are up to date to make sure that targets are met
Functional Excellence
Attends trainings and walkthroughs provided by the department to be always updated with knowledge regarding BPI Vybes features
Practices proper decision making and understands the client’s needs
Analyzes complaints escalated by partner branches if needs escalation or urgent endorsement
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of any Business, Banking and Finance, Management or Marketing related courses
Preferably with working experience in banking, sales, marketing or customer service
Must have knowledge of BPI digital channels (VYBE, BPI Branded Features and others)
Has basic knowledge of bank products and services
Must possess good sales and collaboration skills
Must be a self-starter and have initiative
Must have leadership skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Must have good oral and written communication skills (Adept with MS Office applications)
Must have strong presentation skills
Must have the ability to expand his/her network and build harmonious relationship with VYBE partners
Must be capable of facilitating group training and presentation
