Role Overview

We are seeking a bright and capable individual to join the Manila-based Market Data Administration team to support the management, governance, and optimization of market data across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and strategic alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across trading, finance, technology, and procurement.

Role Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance & integrity of the Market Data inventory database
• End-to-end management of service provisioning requests (for new & incremental Market Data products / services), to include securing appropriate cost approvals for requests
• Process ticket requests to add, cancel, or re-assign services due to moves, departures or change in business requirements
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely installation of products on user desktops
• Preparation and submission of periodic 3rd party (Bloomberg & LSEG) and exchange reporting (ICE, CME, etc.) obligations
• Screen data and product notices & alerts, from 3rd party vendors and exchanges, to assess business impact and manage associated communication
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and promote discussions with business units
• Assist in-house Accounts Payable team & 3rd party invoice management partner with ad-hoc market data invoice reconciliations, discrepancies and vendor queries
• Assist in the Market Data inventory platform migration project
• Develop good relationships with all Market Data external vendors, internal departments and business partners
  
  

Experience/Competences

Essential

• All-round knowledge of LSEG’s Workspace and Bloomberg’s Terminal & B-PIPE products
• Knowledge of market data inventory tools e.g. Calero’s MDM and TRG’s Optimize Spend
• Good experience & understanding of LSEG’s TREP & DACS and Bloomberg EMRS entitlement tools
• Proficiency with reviewing & reconciling invoices; complete necessary analysis for discrepancies
• Takes industry best-practice and market trends into account in decision-making
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team orientated, but also able to work independently
• Strong customer service focus, communicating with users and vendors on all levels
• Flexible attitude due to ad hoc element of this role
