People experience

Support Macquarie’s employees globally by assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll inquiries, and employee benefits. You will also collaborate with teams to resolve inquiries accurately and contribute to projects that enhance operational processes.

Operations

Contribute to critical end-to-end processes across audit confirmations, client onboarding, compliance reviews, and data and trade management to ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and seamless lifecycle execution.

Business services

Explore procurement and supplier management by maintaining supplier databases and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. This hands-on experience will give you exposure to various procurement functions and prepare you for a successful career.

Macquarie Group Foundation

Support in data management, communications, and program coordination across Asia locations helping maintain accurate datasets, assist in engagement analysis, and contribute to internal communication assets.

Events

Engage with various stakeholders across our Manila office delivering impactful events and meaningful engagement activities while ensuring alignment to Macquarie policies and standards.

What You Offer

• Currently in your penultimate or final year of study with a mandatory internship requirement as part of your curriculum
• Students with background in managing financial markets, psychology, human resources, business administration or other related field
• A learning mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to execution and delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
