What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage local and interstate freight bookings to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Process customer orders accurately and communicate order status, stock availability, and delivery updates.
  • Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customers to resolve delivery issues, claims, or delays.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory records, supporting stocktakes and inbound/outbound stock movements.
  • Maintain operational documentation and assist in improving internal processes and systems for greater efficiency


Key Criteria

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably within a distribution or renewable energy business).
  • Strong knowledge of freight coordination, warehouse operations, and ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 or NetSuite).
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and confident working in a fast-paced environment.


Work setup

  • Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City) / Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 3-6 months onsite probation.
