Livestream Producer And Operator

The Livestream Producer for AI (AnyLive) manages end-to-end production, from planning and scripting to live broadcast direction. The role ensures seamless AI integration, oversees creative and technical execution, and leverages performance insights to optimize future shows.

What Youll Do

• Content Strategy & Pre-Production:- Coordinate all production elements, from graphics and visual assets to the technical infrastructure, to ensure smooth AI integration.- Collaborate closely with AI development teams to define the capabilities and avatars of AI characters or hosts.
• AI Scripting and Creative Writing: Write compelling and natural-sounding dialogue for the AI characters that aligns with their established persona and the show’s narrative.- Design the conversational flows and possible responses for the AI, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions with human hosts and the audience.
• Live Broadcast Direction & Management: Oversee the technical operation, including live-to-VOD recording, stream quality, and audio/video sync.- Direct the livestream, making real-time creative and technical decisions to ensure a flawless production.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Work with data scientists to analyze AI-driven performance metrics, such as the effectiveness of AI-generated responses, to inform future content strategy.- Lead brainstorms and team reviews to identify opportunities for creative and technical improvements for future shows.
  
  
  

• Demonstrable experience in creative writing, screenwriting, or copywriting, with a focus on writing for a specific character or voice.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisive calls in a high-pressure, live environment.
• Must be available to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays, as live show schedules require
