Job Description

• Build and sustain relationships with top KOL Livestreamers
• Directly coordinate with influencers and acquire a thorough understanding of their needs
• Cascade relevant information, updates, and best practices to influencers through regular communication
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by top influencer streamers and deal with clarifications or complaints
• Respond to general queries from assigned livestreamers in a timely manner
• Actively propose recommendations to improve processes for influencer communication and suggest innovative growth solutions to enhance influencers’ active participation in the program
• Stay on top of industry trends, latest livestream influencer, affiliate, and social media advancements
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or any business-related course
• Strong communications skills
• Able to analyze and comprehend data
• Self-starter and a team-player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
