REMOTE LEGAL CLIENT INTAKE SPECIALIST

Remote - Global | Full‑Time | International contractor role | $10/hr USD + Bonuses | UTC-4 & UTC+8 time zones preferred

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is hiring a Legal Client Intake Specialist to handle inbound calls, gather case details, and schedule qualified consultations for our Family & Criminal Law practice. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, strong organization, and reliable tech.

This role is a great fit for candidates based in:

• Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina)
• Philippines or Southeast Asia

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and gather key client information
• Ask structured questions to determine case eligibility
• Provide clear information about services and next steps
• Enter accurate data into Clio and Google Sheets
• Review documents for completeness
• Escalate urgent matters to the Client Engagement Manager
• Schedule consultations and follow‑ups
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent spoken English and strong written communication
• Experience converting inbound calls into scheduled meetings
• Strong Google Sheets and data entry skills
• Tech‑savvy with reliable internet, headset, and computer
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and use a screenshot‑based time tracker
  
  
  

Preferred

• Law firm or legal intake experience (Family/Criminal Law a plus)
• Proficiency with Clio
• Spanish bilingual
• Ability to cover occasional evenings/weekends
