What You’ll Do

  • Guide residents through the full rental journey; from handling enquiries and applications to preparing agreements and managing bond administration.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure that all related reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Partner closely with Park and Operations Managers to uphold consistent, high‑quality tenancy procedures across the site.
  • Support the maintenance workflow by assisting with repairs, processing maintenance requests, and escalating urgent issues whenever required.
  • Monitor rental arrears and prepare follow‑up communication that contributes to effective debt‑management efforts.
  • Maintain precise tenancy records, compliance documents, and updated templates to support seamless day‑to‑day operations.


Key Criteria

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property Management or the Real Estate Industry.
  • Hands‑on experience with PMS platforms such as RMS, Property Me, FKL it over, or similar systems.
  • A solid understanding of rental processes, compliance requirements, and the relevant tenancy or property acts.
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively and engage confidently with various stakeholders.
  • Competence with the Microsoft Office suite; tech‑savvy candidates who enjoy working with digital tools are especially welcome!
  • Excellent time‑management and attention to detail, along with the ability to work independently and stay organized.


Work setup:

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM – 3 PM; hybrid set up (once a month)
