What You’ll Do

  • Support the full rental process, including enquiries, applications, agreements, and bond administration.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure reports and documentation are completed on time.
  • Work closely with Park and Operations Managers to maintain consistent tenancy procedures across site.
  • Assist with repairs, maintenance requests, and escalation of urgent issues when needed.
  • Monitor rental arrears and prepare follow-up communication to support debt-management efforts,
  • Maintain accurate tenancy records, compliance documents, and updated templates.


Key Criteria

  • At least 2 years’ experience in tenancy, property management, or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of rental processes, compliance requirements, and the Residential Tenancy Act.
  • Proficient with property management software and digital administrative tools.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Work setup:

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

    • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM – 3 PM; hybrid set up (once a month)
