The Learner Support Officer (LSO) is the pivotal point of contact for all Learner issues. LSO is responsible for helping Learners with various issues, both academic and learner support, carrying out the administration of enrolment and progression of Learners throughout their studies.

Previous Experience

  • Interpersonal Skills: Adept at relating to, empathizing with, and engaging a diverse range of people.
  • Learner Experience & Service: Committed to providing high-quality learner experiences and services, striving for high satisfaction levels among external community members, stakeholders, and internal customers, including team members.
  • Educational Background: Degree qualified, completed through face-to-face learning at a college or university.
  • Business and Administrative Skills: Possesses high-quality business and administrative skills aligned with established business principles and practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Committed to thoroughness with the ability to maintain accurate, timely, and reliable databases.
  • Communication Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy and complex work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working collegially within a team environment.
  • RTO Experience: Experienced in working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
  • Office Management: Able to manage an efficient office, including administrative systems and procedures.
  • Professional Administrative Services: Demonstrated experience in providing professional administrative services, preferably in a community setting or similar.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and online software.

Additional Notes

  • Officebased: 18th Floor, UnionBank Square, Eastwood City Cyberpark Quezon City
  • Schedule: 10am to 7pm AEST (7am or 8am PH to 4pm or 5pm PH)
