👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a Lead SharePoint Architect to drive the design, architecture, and implementation of modern SharePoint solutions as part of a digital transformation initiative. This role will lead the technical direction of SharePoint-based collaboration, document management, and workflow automation solutions aligned with enterprise IT and security standards.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 3–5 years of software design and development experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with M365 and SharePoint (enterprise environment).
• At least 2 years of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
• At least 4 years of cloud experience (Azure or AWS), including CI/CD pipelines.
• At least 4 years full-stack development (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Experience delivering at least one Generative AI solution to production.
• Experience in Agile development (Azure DevOps, SDLC).
• Experience with search engines and optimization.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• DataDog experience is a plus.
• Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps certifications are a plus.

• Strong solution design and systems analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define overall SharePoint architecture (site structure, security, information architecture, integrations).
• Design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Establish technical standards, governance, and best practices.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor developers and technical teams.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic direction.
  
  

Governance & Compliance

• Develop governance models and security frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, retention, and access policies.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into effective SharePoint solutions.
• Present technical recommendations and architecture decisions.
• Act as SharePoint subject matter expert.
  
  

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x per week, subject to project and business needs)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
