Our SaaS platform helps building owners and managers efficiently identify, analyze, and remediate defects. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Lead Generator to help us grow our drone partner network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding skilled drone operators worldwide.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to research, contact, and recruit drone operators for our global network. This role involves outreach, scheduling meetings, and conducting discovery calls to assess potential partners experience and fit within Inspekt AIs inspection framework. The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, and a technical interest in drone and inspection technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential drone partners (freelancers & companies) through LinkedIn, industry databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce Inspekt AIs drone partner program.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their experience, equipment, and availability.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.


Discovery Calls & Relationship Building

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to explain Inspekt AIs business model and partnership opportunities.
  • Gather insights into the potential partners inspection experience, drone capabilities, and willingness to collaborate.
  • Identify high-potential candidates and pass them to the Drone Partner Recruitment Manager for onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with drone operators to foster engagement and retention.


Collaboration & Performance Tracking

  • Work closely with the Drone Partner Recruitment and Operations Teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track lead conversion rates, outreach success, and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and outreach effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or recruitment.
  • Strong ability to research, identify, and connect with potential partners.
  • Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident in conducting discovery calls and building new connections.
  • Technical interest and willingness to learn about inspection processes, drone technology, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge or experience in the drone industry, inspections, or aerial imaging is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
