Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

The Lead AI Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering scalable, efficient, and production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, training, and deployment of AI models and systems using machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics techniques
• Oversee end-to-end AI solution delivery, including data pipeline development, model optimization, testing, validation, and production deployment
• Guide and manage a team of AI engineers to ensure high-quality code, strong engineering practices, and successful project execution
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Drive research, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics
  
  

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (Python), and data engineering or big data technologies
• Experience in cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), including deployment, MLOps, and scalable system architecture
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, preferably with experience in financial services and AI governance or compliance frameworks
