Laundry Manager

Job Summary

Under the guidance and management of Director of Rooms and Director of Housekeeping, he/she will supevise Service Leaders and Service Associates for Laundry. He/She will also be responsible for managing the Laundry operations, directs and maintains the Laundry Department in accordance with the current corporate and hotel policies, standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity
• Preferably with at least 2 years managerial experience in either a large scale commercial or full on-site hotel laundry
• Preferably knowledgeable on the Financial aspect of the Laundry Department
• Preferably computer literate, fluent in oral and written English
• Tactful and sensitive to employees and guests
• Flexible, guest oriented, motivator and a team builder
