About The Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Department: Technical Services

Reporting to: Product Technical Manager

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for research, testing, and evaluation of all products under FELCO. They are also responsible for:

Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or other relevant courses
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role
Must be willing to work in Ermita, Manila
