About The Team

The KOL Challenges & Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and

optimizing engagement-driven challenges and promotional campaigns for Shopee’s KOL

affiliates. This role will focus on increasing KOL activation, engagement, and performance

through creative and data-backed initiatives.

Job Description

• Campaign Development & Execution
• Plan and execute KOL challenges, competitions, and seasonal affiliate campaigns to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with Shopee’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
• Affiliate Activation & Incentivization
• Develop challenge mechanics encouraging KOLs to generate content and drive traffic to Shopee.
• Implement performance-based reward structures to maximize participation and ROI.
• Track KOL engagement and introduce targeted initiatives to re-engage inactive affiliates.
• Cross-functional Coordination & Innovation
• Work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to develop innovative challenge formats.
• Experiment with new ways to gamify KOL participation and increase competition-driven motivation.
• Leverage performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital
  
  

• Strong understanding of KOL engagement mechanics and digital content trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale challenges and campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns
