Description

Overview: As the Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for developing engagement with Enterprise / Key Accounts via cross selling of bank products such as business deposits, loans and other product pipeline and providing solutions to concerns related to Maya products and services based on the assigned territory or segment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Achievement of sales target.
  • Cross sell of bank products to Key Accounts.
  • Leverage on technology to be able to reach out and engage with Key Accounts.
  • Submit and complete necessary information, documents to onboard merchants.
  • Assist merchants in the onboarding process until activation of product or disbursement.
  • Establish and optimize relationships with key partners.
  • Recognize client pain points, and provide recommendations and solutions based on Maya product offering.
  • Work closely with different cross-functional teams such as sales, business development operations, bank, compliance and other key departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures adhere to corporate standards.
  • Track, monitor, and report any concerns that key partners raise.

  • Reports Management – can identify key issues an provide relevant solutions
  • Has good communication, and collaboration skills

What We Are Looking For

  • At least three (3) years of experience in account acquisition and management, business development, area sales, solutions selling, cross-selling and up-selling
  • At least three (3) years of experience handling bank and lending products
  • Experience with contract reviews, compliance alignment, and process improvement is an advantage
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture required
  • Strong knowledge of e-wallet business, third-party payments, financial technologies, and other intersecting industries
