• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the brand, e-commerce, payments, fintech, or retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to clients in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Well-spoken, highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
• A proactive self-starter with a passion for collaboration and driving business improvements.
• Based in Metro Manila.
• Amenable to working in both Mandaluyong and BGC offices.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platform integrations (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, APIs, and other payment integrations) is a strong advantage.

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing merchant partners.
• Plan and co-create campaigns aligned with company objectives, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Risk, Product, Support, Operations, and Customer Care to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Analyze account performance and provide recommendations to support business growth and merchant success.
• Drive the adoption and utilization of the company's omnichannel solutions within the market.
