Position Summary

The Junior Supervisor, Poker Room oversees the operations of poker games in a casino or gaming establishment. This role ensures games are conducted efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with established rules and regulations while maintaining high customer service standards and a positive gaming experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise poker games to ensure compliance with rules, house policies, and gaming regulations.
• Monitor game flow, player conduct, and dealer performance to maintain fairness and security.
• Responsible for all Poker Room operations when on duty.
• Assist in organizing and managing poker tournaments or special events.
• Promote house promotions and engage players to enhance their gaming experience.
• Handle disputes or conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
