What You’ll Do
Log and manage claims in the system with speed and accuracy.
Enter client data and upload supporting documents efficiently.
Monitor workflows to ensure claims are processed without delays.
Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Support ad hoc projects that improve processes and team efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth, high-performing claims operation.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related program.
1–3 years of experience in fast-paced data entry or admin roles.
Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Quick learner who adapts well in a collaborative team environment.
Proficient with computers; intermediate MS Office skills essential.
Proactive, approachable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
Experience in insurance, finance, or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
