What You’ll Do

  • Log and manage claims in the system with speed and accuracy.
  • Enter client data and upload supporting documents efficiently.
  • Monitor workflows to ensure claims are processed without delays.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support ad hoc projects that improve processes and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth, high-performing claims operation.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related program.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced data entry or admin roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Quick learner who adapts well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient with computers; intermediate MS Office skills essential.
  • Proactive, approachable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Experience in insurance, finance, or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
