Job Overview

Creates and maintains accurate evacuation plans and technical drawings, while supporting a positive customer experience through timely communication, helpful support, and a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conducting quality drafting work and self-checks on job quality before submission, clarifying drafting requirements and scope with team as required.
• Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation and standards in relation to the position along with company quality standards, applying these to all areas of work.
• Assist with the training of new team members and assist in the upskilling of other stakeholders where required.
• Provide timely assistance to customers and internal stakeholders by rendering support and answering product or process-related questions, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams with relevant context as required.
• Help maintain and update support documentation and guides.
• Participate in team huddles and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide basic technical support.
• Assist with onsite markup tasks as agreed.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes including correct use of templates, reporting formats, and participation in QMS & ISMS initiatives and audits
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Evacuation Plan & Technical Drawing: Creates and maintains accurate evacuation plans and technical drawings
• Drafting Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant software required for drafting tasks
• Standards & Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards (e.g., QMS & ISMS)
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot product-related issues and provide basic technical support
• Documentation & Guide Maintenance: Experience maintaining and updating support documentation and technical guides
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (Hybrid - Eastwood, Libis)

• Hired staff are required to report in our Eastwood, Libis office at least 10 times every month
• Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
• Candidates are expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.
