Overview
ISS STOXX is hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Billing Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in billing, accounting, or finance.
The Junior Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoice generation, contract compliance, and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Generate and prepare invoices in accordance with executed contracts and company policies
- Ensure all billing data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Verify that contract terms are correctly reflected in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Analyst to ensure proper revenue recording.
- Investigate and resolve unbilled items with the Sales Team.
- Address and resolve billing, tax, and client-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Finance teams to ensure smooth billing operations and client satisfaction.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and other finance-related tasks as assigned, including internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Qualifications
Training & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel (including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
Work Location & Schedule:
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift schedule – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM at Ayala North Exchange, Makati.
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid set-up (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
