Job Description

A Jr. Learning Business Partner will be responsible for:

Learning Assessment, Design And Development

  • Leads the end to end process in determining learning gaps in the organization through data validation and providing specific outcomes and training recommendations.
  • Designs and develops custom training modules, partners with external training providers, or recommends industry certifications.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.

Training Facilitation

  • Deliver training sessions using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, and webinars.
  • Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge retention and skills development.
  • Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and address questions or concerns during training sessions.

Evaluation And Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the learning experience.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Manage the Learning Management System, including user administration, course creation, content uploading, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurately represented in the LMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on Learning Management System administration, training design, and facilitation.
  • Familiarity with the banking or fintech industry, its products, services, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, including needs analysis, learning objectives development, and assessment design.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration and content creation.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
