IT Support Engineer Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support across enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills
What You Will Need:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1-3 years of IT/application support, quality assurance or/and end-user support experience.
* Experience with SharePoint Online (off-prem) page/site creation.
* Experience supporting ICertis CLM or other CLM tools.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:

* Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or others) is preferred.
* Experience supporting Infor CPQ or equivalent.
* Basic to intermediate SQL skills for troubleshooting and reporting.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes

* Provide end-user support across enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
* Create, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online (off-prem) pages/sites for business collaboration.
* Collaborate with IT Support to administer CLM solutions (e.g., ICertis or similar platforms), including user access, workflows, and incident troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with IT support for CPQ applications (Infor CPQ or other solutions), assisting business teams in quoting and configuration processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
* Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting purposes.
* Document issues, solutions, and contribute to a growing knowledge base.
* Collaborate with IT Project Team in application testing, user training, and enhancements.
