• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams by assigning responsibilities aligned to individual skills, while fostering effective collaboration and communication.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while monitoring expenses and reporting budget status to stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key risks or challenges.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution while managing relationships and evaluating vendor performance.
• Facilitate change management processes to address any changes in project scope or requirements, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss IT concepts.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  
  
  

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): US East Cost Business hours (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM in PHT). The work setup will be hybrid with 3 days/week in the office.
