IT Operations Associate

As Remedy’s Group IT Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations of the business and acting as an interface between operations, finance and our marketing teams.

The role will be on-site at our clinics, warehouse, and partner sites to set up and maintain equipment, on-premise troubleshooting, and on-site training.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner and knowledge guru of the group’s major software systems including the CRM, billing and finance systems
• Develop technology oriented solutions that help streamline business processes across the organization
• Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues and training on new applications and new employees
• Set up and maintain equipment at the clinic and warehouse (IP cameras, air purifiers, security)
• Research and set up new software systems (ordering, ticketing, CRMs, etc) as needed to map to new or existing business process
• Manage departmental budget and identify ways to optimize monthly SaaS
• Create standards and educate employees on equipment and employee security (user access, data encryption, password management)
• Manage the physical inventory of technical equipment
  
  

• College graduate of any related field
• At least 2 year of work experience
• Working knowledge on IT, software management, and troubleshooting
• Amenable to working onsite 3-4x a week
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
