Job Description

Oversee delivery of IT Managed Services across all assigned project/clients
Ensure adherance to SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes
Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
Conduct client visits
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Manage and support a distributed workforce
Ensure proper staffing, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams for resource fulfillment
Lead resolution of service issues, escalations, and major incidents
Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Support growth development of Managed Service Unit
Collaborate with leadership in preparation for future expansion
Contribute to process improvements and operational scalibility

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
Extensive experience in IT Operations / Managed Services / IT Staffing (ideally senior-level)
Proven experience handling multiple clients and large-scale deployments
Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks (e.g. SLA/KPI management)
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
Experience in handling escalations, client-facing concerns, and operational risks
Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
