• Requirements & Stakeholder Management: Elicit, document and prioritise business / functional specs; maintain traceability and change control.
• Data Wrangling & Modelling: Extract, cleanse & transform data (SQL, APIs, flat files); build star / snowflake models for self-service analytics. Able to design models for optimization.
• Delivery & Support: Coordinate with engineers; run UAT, deploy solutions, create user guides, deliver ad-hoc analyses.
