Position Summary

The Inventory & Materials Controller is responsible for supporting procurement,

inventory and materials management processes across the Client's operation. The role supports inventory administration, stock movement controls, procurement execution, supplier coordination and operational reporting.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring

operational teams have visibility of materials and stock across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Create and maintain inventory records
• Process inventory transactions and stock movements
• Perform inventory reconciliations
• Support cycle counts and stocktake activities
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• Support stores administration activities
  
  

Item Master Administration

• Create and maintain item master records
• Manage product and inventory attributes
• Maintain inventory categorisation and structure
• Support inventory data quality initiatives
  
  

Procurement Operations

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Coordinate supplier information updates
• Support procurement administration activities
• Monitor procurement workflow queues
• Support goods receipt processing
  
  

Reporting & Coordination

• Produce inventory performance reports
• Monitor inventory control KPIs
• Escalate supply chain risks and issues
• Support operational improvement initiatives
  
  

Essential

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in inventory, warehouse or supply chain operations
• ERP system experience
• Strong administration and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
  
  

Desirable

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain experience
• Mining, manufacturing or industrial operations experience
• Inventory control certification
  
  

Key Performance Indicators

• Inventory accuracy maintained
• Stock movement transactions processed within SLA
• Item master data quality maintained
• Inventory reconciliation issues minimised
• Procurement administration completed on time
  
  

Work Setup

Must have strong internet connection

Willing to work Hybrid (2-3x in the office)

Work Location: Depends on candidate's preference: Eastwood/Alabang/Pampanga or Cebu
