About The Team

We are seeking an extremely analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills to support our Supply and Demand Planning teams through data analysis, performance reporting, and strategic insights. This role will be responsible for building the analytics and insights generation engine to drive both topline and bottomline impact by improving forecast accuracy, supplier efficiency, and overall inventory health.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, supplier reliability, etc
  • Analyze historical data, sales trends, and market behavior to generate insights that support demand forecasting and inventory planning
  • Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in supply chain performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with timely and accurate data inputs and performance summaries
  • Collaborate and drive projects with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Logistics,Vendor Management, etc) and ensure we are consistently on track to meet our KPIs and OKRs
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization metrics
  • Continuously improve reporting tools, forecasting models, and data quality processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Preferred - 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a supply chain, demand planning, or operations environment (not mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., RStudio, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals, especially related to inventory, forecasting, and planning
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple data sources and deadlines
