The Opportunity

We are recruiting Summer Interns to join Parameta Solutions where you will gain unique insights into how a Product team operates within a leading global company, acquiring hands-on experience within Product from our offerings in Capital Markets and Risk Solutions through to Energy & Commodities.

What You Can Expect

• Exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities within Product which may include:
• Liaising with both the internal and external data sources to fulfil customer requirements and roll out new products and product improvements.
• Supporting Product Managers with the development of solutions that address client needs.
• Working collaboratively with technology team to build best in class solutions to meet product/client specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders to proactively research and recommend content related enhancements and improvements to Product.
• Support with multiple projects concurrently. Proactively drive new business initiatives through research, documentation, implementation, and communication of new data and methodologies.
  

What We Require From You

• You will be a final year student in full-time study, pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team. A passion for working with people, with the ability not only to work with others, but to influence.
• Can demonstrate both analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
