The Opportunity

Join a collaborative broking support team where you’ll handle renewal preparation, insurer engagement, quoting coordination, and client documentation. This role plays a key part in enhancing turnaround times, improving communication quality, and ensuring all client files are complete, accurate, and compliant. You’ll work with brokers, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to support the full policy administration process from pre‑renewal through to policy issuance.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare pre‑renewal documentation and ensure client and policy data are complete and up to date
  • Request renewal quotes via insurer portals and coordinate with underwriters for updated terms
  • Compile coverage comparisons and draft renewal recommendation emails for broker approval
  • Handle follow‑up communications with clients, insurers, debtors, and claims teams
  • Create invoices and issue policy documentation accurately and promptly
  • Maintain organised, compliant, audit‑ready files throughout the renewal process
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to help brokers focus on client advisory work


Key Criteria

  • Experience in insurance broking, underwriting support, or insurance administration
  • Understanding of general insurance products, renewals, and quoting workflows
  • Comfortable using insurer portals and online quoting platforms
  • Excellent document preparation and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Process‑driven mindset and commitment to compliance standards
  • Experience with broking systems (e.g., WinBEAT) is an advantage


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Queensland hours (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM PHT) Full‑time onsite for the first 3–6 months during probation, then transitions to a hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days in‑office and 2 days work from home
