We Are Looking For

• A meticulous Instruction Manual Content Validator (PDF Quality Checker) to join our team.This role involves thorough validation of instruction manuals for various consumer products, ensuring that text,layout,and illustrations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and adhere to our design guidelines and client specifications.
• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of linguistic acumen, design sensibility, and a technical understanding of consumer products to ensure our manuals are clear, intuitive,and user-friendly.
• If you worked as a QA/QC within technical documentation, financial printing, or translation field,then this role is for you.
  
  

• Review and validate multilingual instruction manuals for consumer products, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines.
• Review illustrations and technical drawings for coherence with textual instructions.
• Collaborate with designers to align visual elements with quality standards.
• Ensure translations are correctly placed within PDF files.
• Fill out artwork check reports.
• Collaborate with Localization and Publishing Team (Translation, Design, Quality)
  
  

• 3+ years in a QA, technical communication, translation/localization, financial printing, or similar role with multilingual content.
• University degree in translation, graphic design, technical journalism or related fields.
• Excellent written andspoken English.
• Good understanding of typography and an eye for details.
• Bonus points if you are skilled in Adobe InDesign or AutoCAD.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work underpressure with good coordination skills.
