Must Have

Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a B2C sales role, preferably within the healthcare or regulatory compliance sector.

Ed-tech is preferred as well.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities is highly preferred.

Position Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle for our dataflow and licensing services — from lead generation to closure.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads using CRM tools
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively
  • Follow up on inbound and existing queries
  • Applicant Engagement
  • Connect with potential applicants via phone or Google Meet
  • Assess candidate profiles and determine eligibility based on experience
  • Document Verification & Analysis
  • Review and verify key documents such as:
    • Health licenses
    • Good standing certificates
  • Ensure compliance with required standards
  • Regulatory Understanding
  • Identify applicable healthcare regulatory bodies
  • Determine license acceptance criteria (with/without job offers)
  • Sales Coordination & Closure
  • Coordinate with the licensing/application team
  • Facilitate payment links and closing process
  • Ensure smooth transition from interest to conversion
Experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales
  • Background in healthcare, regulatory compliance, or EdTech preferred
