Infrastructure Solutions Architect

We are embarking on major technology transformation programs, including cloud migration, virtualisation replacement, ITSM modernisation, and automation of IT operations. As an IT Solutions Architect for this 12-month project employment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping these initiatives, designing secure, scalable solutions and acting as the essential bridge between Architecture and Operations.

This position follows a hybrid working model (2 days WIO, 3 days WFH) based at our BGC, Taguig office, with standard working hours from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time) to align with Australian business hours, and requires full-time onsite presence for the first two weeks for training before transitioning to the hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures, cost/resource estimates, and documentation to support project delivery
• Act as the bridge between Architecture and Operations, ensuring solutions balance cost, scalability, supportability, and future needs
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs aligned with enterprise standards
• Lead architecture design for priority transformation initiatives (e.g., VMware/Citrix replacement, ITSM modernisation, ITOM automation, cloud enablement)
• Hand over solution knowledge to project delivery teams for seamless execution
• Model and maintain solutions within the enterprise architecture library
• Drive collaboration, positive change management, and strong stakeholder engagement
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, compliance, and governance policies
  
  
  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure architecture, with a strong hands-on operational background
• Broad knowledge across virtualisation, servers, storage, Microsoft/Windows Server, and Azure cloud
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Proven track record of progressing from operational roles into architecture responsibilities
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is desirable
