What Youll Do

  • The role involves reviewing medical records for veterans, with a focus on IMO support.
  • Manage about 20,000 medical exams monthly.
  • Perform IMO research in a timely and accurate manner, defined by your manager.
  • Complete the IMO Support Tracker daily to document research performance and meet the minimum weekly IMO requirement set by the SOM, unless operations do not permit.
  • Perform regular communications with SOM to offer feedback regarding workload tasks/assignments.
  • Follow the weekly provider IMO allocation given by your manager.
  • Willing to train and develop new IMO specialist.
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned by SOM, deemed reasonable by the operational management team.


Key Criteria

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
  • Has background and experience in healthcare/medical.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in documentation, able to type 40+ WPM and able to multi-tasking
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Effective organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time well.
  • Ability to focus in a busy environment and manage pressure and stress productively.


Work setup:

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Daily on-site work (Monday-Friday), followingUS CST and CDT (10pm - 7am PHT).
