As an IBP Demand Planner, you will proactively resolve issues and support operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites and internal functions. This role is key to ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through active engagement, clear communication, and strong relationship-building.
In this role, you are required to work onsite during the 6-months probationary period, then shifts into a hybrid setup (depending on the performance), following Australian business hours: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila.
Key Responsibilities
Lead demand planning by overseeing and guide demand planning activities across PCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Act as Subject Matter Expert to coach Sales and Finance teams on demand planning principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Manage IBP Rhythm by coordinating cross-functional teams for IBP forums, review performance, and ensure achievement of business goals.
Drive continuous improvement with focus in optimizing supply chain processes and systems through improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Develop robust demand planning process by establishing disciplined processes in low-maturity environments and embed best practices.
Forecasting & Analytics: Apply statistical methods, time series analysis (moving averages, exponential smoothing), and causal models (regression, econometric) to predict demand accurately.
Utilize advanced tools and software, including machine learning algorithms, to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
Continuously track performance, apply forecast metrics (MAPE, MSE, Tracking Signal), and adjust plans to respond to demand changes.
Support balanced inventory levels and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply teams for alignment.
Implement and manage IBP/ITP rhythms, coordinate reviews, monitor KPIs, and embed collaborative planning across functions.
Lead system/process improvement projects, coach stakeholders, conduct training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
Minimum 5+ years of experience, ideally in fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments.
Proven ability to manage within a global matrix structure, influence cross-functional teams, and lead without direct authority.
Skilled in SAP and SAP IBP, with experience improving systems and sustaining disciplined processes to meet KPIs.
Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and capability to use data-driven insights for effective solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving change management, process excellence, and fostering a culture of improvement.
Clear, concise communicator with strong relationship management skills and ability to coach and engage stakeholders.
Agile and dependable in dynamic environments, able to manage complexity across multiple sites and high SKU volumes.
