Payroll Specialist (Part-Time | Remote)

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a detail-driven Payroll Specialist (Part-Time | Remote) to support a healthcare solutions organization specializing in infectious disease services and public health support.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate payroll records for internal clinical and administrative teams operating in a highly regulated environment. You’ll be responsible for validating employee hours and mileage, ensuring payroll data integrity, and delivering reliable reports that leadership depends on.

You’ll work within a structured remote team, collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed, and take full ownership of payroll data quality. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced payroll or reporting specialist who values precision, confidentiality, and consistency—and who is comfortable supporting operations tied to sensitive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate employee work hours and mileage using Hubstaff tools
• Prepare accurate payroll-related reports and dashboards
• Perform detailed data entry, data validation, and data cleanup
• Maintain organized payroll documentation and records
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data
• Submit thorough, high-quality reports to internal stakeholders
  
  
  

Candidate Profile

Required

• 2–5 years of experience in payroll, reporting, or related specialist-level roles
• Expert-level proficiency with Hubstaff, including reporting and hour/mileage verification
• Strong skills in data entry, data validation, and quality control
• Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to work approximately 4 consistent hours per day (flexible schedule within regular business hours)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Compensation

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,334 - 41,573, depending on experience, role scope, and availability. Final compensation is determined during the matching process and aligned with the candidate’s experience level.
