Position: HubSpot Project Manager

Work hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sydney Time

Compensation range: AU$5,000 - AU$5,500/month

Our client is a top creative marketing agency that recently became a growing HubSpot Partner, helping clients optimise their sales and marketing processes through seamless HubSpot implementations, migrations, and ongoing support.

About The Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Project Manager to lead strategic, client-facing HubSpot projects. You’ll be responsible for project success from scope and timeline to delivery and client satisfaction while working closely with a Coordinator who manages the executional elements.

This is an ideal role for a HubSpot professional ready to step into a leadership position that blends marketing operations knowledge, strategic thinking, and project oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage HubSpot project scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring communication transparency and satisfaction.
• Delegate 80% of execution tasks to a Coordinator while focusing on strategy, oversight, and problem-solving and 20% of the task is allocated to some execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Oversee 5–6 active HubSpot projects concurrently, ensuring consistent quality and measurable outcomes.
• Manage performance against KPIs.
  
  

• At least 2 years of project management experience within a digital or marketing agency.
• At least 2 years of HubSpot execution experience across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, Operations).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A growth mindset – adaptable to new tools, frameworks, and technologies (including AI).
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing team members.
• Has a growth and collaborative mindset.
