Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst play a key part in managing and optimizing our Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role uses a combination of technical expertise and HR knowledge to enhance system performance, improve data management, and deliver insights through reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring the system is configured and maintained to meet the organizations needs.
Manage the setup and ongoing integration of the HRIS with other HR-related systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting) and vendor platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
Regularly audit and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with external vendors to manage system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Develop and generate standard and custom reports for HR functions, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Customize and configure HRIS modules, workflows, and security settings to optimize performance and user experience.
Provide technical support to HR team members and other users, offering training and assistance to ensure effective use of the HRIS and integrated systems.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness, including automation of HR tasks and data management.
Ensure all HRIS processes and integrated systems comply with company policies, data security protocols, and relevant labor laws.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, integrations, and changes to support continuity and future system enhancements.
