Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in providing feedback, setting goals, and developing performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefit offerings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee movements and updates.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Administration and documentation of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO monitoring, and other company benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, Philippine labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

6. Organizational Development

  • Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building programs.
  • Implement HR best practices to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead HR-related projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management or a senior HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of DOLE, Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and common office software.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of HR generalist experience is required.
  • With high moral integrity.
  • Advanced skills in core Microsoft Office applications.
