Job Description

MedGrocers digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The HR Intern assists in monitoring the recruitment pipeline and drives the employee journey towards fulfilling its people through our advocacy. They collaborate with a team of agile problem solvers and different business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help revisit, design, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in innovating strategies and procedures to build talent pipelines through sourcing candidates and developing candidate pools.
  • Support in conducting end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee support and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations to improve current HR processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a 3rd or 4th year college student studying Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Leadership experience in organizations is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati.
