As an HR Generalist, you are responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support for ASW night shift employees while actively reinforcing company culture, values, and employee experience. This role serves as the dedicated HR presence during night operations, ensuring employees feel connected, supported, and aligned with the company’s culture despite working outside standard business hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact and culture champion for night shift employees, promoting company values and positive workplace behaviors
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for night shift hires, including orientation, documentation, culture immersion, 30/60/90-day check-ins, and exit interviews
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, proactively identifying cultural or people-related concerns and recommending solutions
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters such as attendance, punctuality, performance support, coaching documentation, and minor grievances, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Provide guidance on HR processes including leave management, attendance, and policy interpretation to ensure fair and consistent application
  • Partner with Account Managers and act as the link between Night Shift operations and the Day Shift HR team, sharing insights, risks, and feedback
  • Support the rollout and adoption of HR programs and initiatives across the night shift workforce
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to improve people processes and track themes impacting engagement and retention


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Experience supporting night shift, 24/7, or operations-based environments is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience handling employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential data
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to work full onsite on a night shift schedule


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Night shift (mostly 9pm-6am Tuesday-Friday, and 11pm-8am every Monday) with a fully onsite setup
