About The Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time / onsite

Department: HR - Outsourcing Services Management

Reporting to: Outsourcing Services Management Lead

As an HR Associate you will ensure efficient manpower deployment, accurate workforce tracking, and strong coordination with Outsourced Service Partners (OSPs).

Other requirements include the following:

• Coordinate with OSP to ensure timely deployment of approved manpower requirements, serving as the primary contact for all OSPs
• Monitor fulfillment of approved headcount and ensure alignment with manpower plan
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of manpower allocation and deployment
• Ensure timely response and resolution of manpower-related issues, provide regular updates and insights of manpower status.
• Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements or preventive actions.
  
  
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in manpower coordination, HR operations, or vendor management is an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets or similar tracking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
