Healthcare Recruiter

We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting talented healthcare professionals with life-changing opportunities. You’ll play a key role in growing Moongig’s network of nurses, medical technologists, and other allied health professionals—helping bridge the gap between supply and demand in the healthcare industry.

• Source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, events, etc.)
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with Moongig’s partner organizations
• Build and maintain a robust healthcare talent pipeline by engaging and nurturing relationships within professional communities
• Collaborate with employer partners to understand their hiring needs and match them with the right candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from outreach and interview coordination to onboarding support
• Utilize Moongig’s digital platform to manage candidates, track progress, and ensure a seamless experience
• Provide insights and feedback to improve recruitment strategies, platform capabilities, sales strategies and enhance the candidate journey
• Represent Moongig at recruitment events, career fairs, and community engagements
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (experience in healthcare or startup environments preferred)
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and licensing requirements in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms and CRM tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
